FADELINK Terms of Service
By creating an account or using FADELINK, you agree to these terms and the content policy below. FADELINK is a platform that connects clients with independent barbers and shops; we are not a party to the services you book through the app.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use FADELINK. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are agreements between you and the barber you book with. Payments collected through the app are processed by Stripe under their terms. Refunds, no-show fees, and cancellation policies are set by the barber and disclosed at booking time.
3. Content Policy
You may post profile information, photos, reviews, announcements, and messages on FADELINK. By posting, you grant FADELINK a non-exclusive license to display that content in the app. You must NOT post:
- Harassing, hateful, or threatening content toward any person or group.
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexually suggestive content.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Spam, scams, or misleading commercial content.
- Content that impersonates another person or business.
- Personal information about other people without their consent.
- Copyrighted material you don’t have the right to share.
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 24 hours. We may remove content and ban accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion and without notice.
4. Reporting & Blocking
Tap the “···” menu on any review, announcement, photo, or message to report content or block the user who posted it. Blocking is symmetric — neither side will see the other’s content. You can manage your blocks from your account settings.
5. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from More → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile and personal data; some records (e.g. completed payments, tax records) are retained as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
FADELINK is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of barbers, clients, or any third parties on the platform, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of FADELINK will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where eligible.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
