For Clients

  • Booking an appointment:find a barber or shop near you, pick a service and time, and confirm. You’ll get a notification once the barber accepts.
  • Changing or canceling: open the appointment from your bookings and tap to reschedule or cancel. The barber is notified automatically.
  • Payments:bookings are paid in person, directly between you and the barber or shop. FADELINK doesn’t process card payments.
  • Messaging your barber: use the in-app chat on any booking to coordinate details before your appointment.

For Barbers & Shops

  • Setting up your profile: add your photo, bio, specialties, services, and working hours so clients can find and book you.
  • Managing your schedule: set your availability and review incoming requests. Accept or decline from your bookings screen.
  • Inviting clients:tap “Invite Contacts” to send an invite to the people you choose. We only message the contacts you select.

Account & Notifications

  • Notifications: enable notifications to get appointment and message updates. You can adjust permissions any time in your device Settings.
  • Permissions: revoke camera, photos, location, or contacts access at any time from your device Settings.
  • Deleting your account: go to More → Delete Account. This removes your profile and personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reporting a Problem

To report abuse, inappropriate content, or a safety concern, use the “···” menu on the relevant content, or email us at support@fadelink.app. Please include as much detail as you can so we can look into it quickly.
